Returns are easy. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Animal Keendom will only honor replacement or return requests if product is damaged or with a print error, provided that it is caused by Animal Keendom. The customer must contact Animal Keendom within 30 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects. Animal Keendom will review the issue and offer a re-print or a full compensation if it is Animal Keendom's fault.
The liability for the products passes to customer when we deliver the products to the carrier. Animal Keendom is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that results into lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the customer must cover the expenses.
All returns for non-damaged items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to waive or reduce the restocking fee at our sole discretion.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Animal Keendom has provided the average fulfillment and shipping times; however, the actual time may wary. Animal Keendom is not responsible for delays, lost packages or damage causes by a 3rd party, such as postal services. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the postal service in case of any issues concerning shipment. Animal Keendom will provide a tracking code for this purpose.
Once an order is confirmed, it is impossible to edit the information. Should the customer need to make changes, they must contact Animal Keendom support team as soon as possible. Animal Keendom does not guarantee to be able to implement the requested changes.
All returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to the following address to be eligible for exchange/refund/credit.
