Delivery

When will I get my order?

Apparel orders typically deliver in 7-10 business days. Non-apparel orders typically deliver approximately 12-20 days depending on a number of factors.  After checkout your order is sent to our warehouse for shipping. Depending on the items ordered, your order may ship in multiple packages.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with your tracking link.

Warranty

How can I exchange an item?

Please email contact@animalkeendom.com with your name, order number, as well as your reason for returning the item. If the exchange is due to a defect, or manufacturing/packaging issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If it is not, you will be required to pay shipping and we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If there is a defect in your item we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of delivery of your order. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
